A wonderful piece of artwork was applied to our street. The only issue I have is it can’t be seen well until a driver is right on top of it. Too bad, it’s actually wonderful. On this section of Northeast 57th Avenue are two small rises in the road; the second one would have been perfect for this art; it can be seen from Fourth Plain Boulevard even. So why put the art where no one can really view it? Makes no sense to me at all.
