Clark County sheriff’s sting nets 13,000 fentanyl pills

A 48-year-old man was arrested after a Clark County Sheriff’s Office drug sting in which investigators say they found 13,000 fentanyl pills.

Investigators with the sheriff’s office’s Drug Task Force recently completed a fentanyl investigation, according to a news release. In addition to the fentanyl pills, they seized 2 pounds of methamphetamine.

Stephen Van Ness was arrested on suspicion of possession of a controlled substance with intent to distribute, the news release states.
