Letter: Reduce mail delivery

People are having issues about late or nonexistent mail delivery.

Maybe it’s time to consider getting rid of unneeded and dangerous Saturday mail delivery. If residents are away for the weekend, Saturday mail sitting in the mailbox is a tip-off to burglars.

In residential areas, three-day delivery would be acceptable. How about a Monday, Wednesday, Friday schedule? The post office is not going to get better.
