You get the impression after attempting to wade through the maze that is Xfinity’s automated phone system that the last thing they want is for you to talk to a human being. The recorded menu of options isn’t responsive. What should have been a 10-minute adjustment in billing info turned into a white-knuckle three-hour ordeal. One size fits all. Not!
