Letter: Thankful for Perez

Georgia Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene has a tendency to spout off incessantly. She has called for the separation of red and blue states so they can pursue their own direction. She also claims the lack of tax raised during the ice age proves climate change is a hoax. Greene further suggested that “stepmothers are not real mothers.”

It’s bad enough listening to her constant spew of nonsense, but what’s really disturbing is people cheering her on. We can certainly appreciate that we are represented by Marie Gluesenkamp Perez.

We encourage readers to express their views about public issues. Letters to the editor are subject to editing for brevity and clarity. Limit letters to 200 words (100 words if endorsing or opposing a political candidate or ballot measure) and allow 30 days between submissions. Send Us a Letter
