Thrive2Survive hosts free community outreach event Saturday

Thrive2Survive, a free community outreach event for people experiencing homelessness, is taking place from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. Saturday at Living Hope Church, 2711 N.E. Andresen Road, Vancouver. The event will offer hot meals, clothing, hygiene services, mental health and housing assessments, hair cuts, showers, wound care and more.

The Washington State Department of Licensing will be issuing identification cards on-site. To get an ID, bring documents to prove your identity, such as your birth certificate, medical and legal documents, school transcripts and yearbook photos.
