Clark County’s COVID-19 activity and hospitalization rates both fell in the latest data from Clark County Public Health. Two deaths were reported.
Public Health reported 69 additional cases since its last report, bringing the total number of COVID-19 cases to 113,483. The additional deaths brought that total to 1,101 to date.
The rate of cases per 100,000 population over seven days fell to 23.4 this week, down from 28 last week, according to Public Health data. New hospitalizations per 100,000 over seven days fell to 3, down from 3.4 last week.
Public Health reported that 14.3 percent of hospital beds and 12.8 percent of ICU beds were occupied by people with or suspected of having COVID-19. There were 27 people hospitalized with COVID-19 and 38 hospitalized suspected of having the disease.
