‘Never to be Forgotten’ ceremony on Aug. 28 will honor two Clark County veterans

The Clark County Community Military Appreciation Committee, the Patriot Guard Riders and the American Veterans Organization will host the “Never To Be Forgotten” ceremony 1-2 p.m. Aug. 28 at the Clark County War Memorial at the Fort Vancouver Barracks.

The ceremony will honor local Army Sgt. Bryce Howard of Vancouver, who died in 2007, and Army Sgt. Earl Werner of Amboy, who died in 2009. Both of their families will be in attendance.
