Next week’s long-awaited opening of Costco’s newest location in Ridgefield is good news for shoppers looking to save money by buying in bulk. For drivers, though, the opening weekend is sure to mean traffic jams and delays.
Ridgefield released its traffic management plan for the opening weekend on Friday. According to the news release, city officials have been working closely with Costco, Clark-Cowlitz Fire Rescue and Washington State Patrol on traffic management measures to “minimize disruptions for residents and businesses.”
