A driver killed in a single-vehicle crash in Portland on Nov. 20 has been identified as Cedric D. Willis, 42, of Vancouver, the Portland Police Bureau reported.
Police said Willis was driving a 2018 Ford F-150 pickup on Northeast Airport Way when he lost control. The truck left the roadway and rolled over. Excessive speed was determined to be a factor in the crash. Willis was pronounced dead at the scene.
