The southbound Interstate 205 onramp to state Highway 500 west was closed due to police activity on Thursday morning.
The Washington State Department of Transportation reports police responded about 9:20 am. to Milepost 4.4 under the Fourth Plain Boulevard overpass in Vancouver.
WSDOT asked drivers to avoid the area and use other routes.
