‘Something in Dad’s honor’: Vancouver mural honors Morris Wolf’s success at the American dream

Walk down memory lane with Les of Wolf Supply Company

The mural perched above the corner of Evergreen and Columbia streets in downtown Vancouver usually elicits one of two comments, according to Les Wolf, the retired businessman and admiring son who had it painted there a few years ago.

Wolf said older folks show delighted nostalgia — “I bought my first appliance from your dad, and he sold it to me on credit when nobody else would.”
