Cameron Watson scored six of her game-high 20 points in the overtime period as Skyview beat Mountain View 58-51 in a non-league girls basketball game Monday at Skyview.
Watson scored 18 of her points after halftime, hitting 11 of 18 free throws.
Brynnlee Williams added 18 points for the Storm, including four in the overtime period.
Skyview made 23 of 37 free throws and was 19 of 32 after halftime.
Sveva Bernasconi had 15 points to lead Mountain View, while Layla Senderson had 14 points for the Thunder.
COLUMBIA RIVER 57, PRAIRIE 42 — Camryn Drake led a balanced scoring attack for Columbia River with 12 points.
Gracie Glavin scored 10 points for River, and Marley Myers, Peyton Dukes and Mikayla King had nine each.
Harmony Fallin led Prairie with 17 points.
WOODLAND 71, LA CENTER 34 — Kennedy Bockert scored 22 points and eight rebounds in just three quarters as the Beavers got the early jump and ran away from the Wildcats.
Addi Stading scored nine points and six assists, Emma Barrow had six points and eight rebounds, and Carly Coltrin added five points, eight rebounds and nine steals for Woodland, which led 23-4 after on quarter and 48-11 by halftime.
Addison Kelly and Billie Ross scored eight each for La Center.
UNION 68, PUYALLUP 29 — Brooklynn Haywood had 26 points, seven rebounds and seven assists to lead the Titans to a road win.
Jalise Chatman scored 11 points and Carli Christensen and Myla Larry added 10 for the Titans.
R.A. LONG 54, CENTRALIA 44 — With only seven healthy players, Alauna Brown carried a big part of the load for R.A. Long with 28 points, seven rebounds and four steals.
Evelyn Ofstun added 12 points, 10 rebounds and six blocked shots. R.A. Long built a 24-16 halftime lead.
R.A. Long coach JD Ott said the focus was on rebounding, and R.A. Long pulled down 38.
“Overall, I was super impressed with how all seven players rallied around one another and got the win,” Ott said.
NAPAVINE 59, RIDGEFIELD 18 — Allie Doman and Madison Ingham scored six points for the Spudders.
KALAMA 42, TENINO 31 — Aubrey Doerty had 20 points, 13 rebounds, eight steals and three assists to lead the Chinooks to a non-league win.
Bridgette Hollifield added 10 points, seven rebounds and five steals.
BOYS BASKETBALL
HOCKINSON 56, WOODLAND 46 — Kyle Alexander had 15 points, Madsen Richardson had 11 and Ethan Wall scored 10 for the Hawks, who pulled away late for a 2A Greater St. Helens League win.
Hockinson took a 26-16 lead into halftime. But Tanner Cusick had 11 of his 16 points in the third quarter as Woodland rallied to get within 38-37 after three quarters.
MARK MORRIS 58, W.F. WEST 45 — The Monarchs pulled away in the fourth quarter after being tied 36-36 after three quarters.
Nate Stephens led the Monarchs with 17 points, and Dalton Stevens and Carson Bogner added 12 each.
“This was a needed test for us tonight,” Mark Morris coach Ken Kelly said. “We haven’t been challenged this way since our first game, and it was great to see our players respond under pressure.”
