Wineries in Southwest Washington were among the winners at the 2024 Seattle Wine Awards, the state’s largest contest for professional wineries:
- Epona Wine (Ridgefield): Two gold medals: 2022 Cayuga (modern white wine grape) and 2022 Red Blend (Labelle, Golubok, Regent, Mindon, and Leon Millot modern red wine grapes).
- Pomeroy Cellars (Yacolt): Six medals: double gold, 2020 Cabernet Sauvignon; gold, 2021 Lucia Red Blend, 2020 Merlot, and 2021 Meritage; silver, 2021 Syrah and 2020 Cabernet Franc.
Wineries located elsewhere, but with tasting rooms in Southwest Washington:
- Brian Carter Cellars: Many medals, including multiple gold medals.
