Olympic runs past Washougal 42-6 in 2A state preliminary round

Turnovers stymied Washougal early, then Olympics running game took over as the Trojans rolled toa 42-6 win in a 2A state preliminary game in Bremerton.

Washougal committe three turnovers, two that led directly to Olympic touchdowns, in the first half as the Trojans led 14-0 at the intermission.

Chace Webster rushed for 212 yards and two touchdowns as Olympic rushed for 321.

Elijah Franco rushed for 79 yards, 48 of which came on a touchdown run in the game’s final play. He passed for 57 yards, and Ben Kellar rushed for 28.
