The Clark County Medical Examiner’s Office on Wednesday identified a 30-year-old man as the pedestrian who was fatally struck by a car Nov. 13 at Mill Plain Boulevard and Southeast 117th Avenue.

Dion James Armstrong died from multiple blunt-force injuries, according to the medical examiner’s office. His death was ruled an accident. Armstrong’s city of residence was unknown.

Vancouver police responded about 4:30 a.m. to a crash at the intersection, east of Interstate 205. Armstrong had been hit by a vehicle. He was taken to a local hospital where he died from his injuries, according to police.

The driver, who showed no signs of impairment, stayed at the scene and cooperated with police, the agency said.
