Letter: Kent is a normal guy

It saddens me that our society has become so hateful and driven by racist tropes. The Democrats continue to pound congressional candidate Joe Kent on the false narrative that he is an “extremist” and a “white nationalist,” which couldn’t be further from the truth. Joe Kent is a normal guy, a family man, who doesn’t possess an ounce of racism in him. Joe has fought for our country in wartime, and he will represent our district well to preserve our liberties and freedom.
