Letter: Harris is better choice

Donald Trump argues his case for the presidency on managing inflation and immigration. Casual examination shows Trump’s policies worsened both. Trump’s tax cuts, tariffs and destabilizing international order pushed inflation, often increasing prices in housing, pharmaceuticals, energy and other commodities. Trillions from Trump’s tax cuts enabled the wealthy to expand control of our economy.

By cozying up to Putin, Xi and Kim, Trump emboldened them and other tyrants who oppress minorities. Wars, climate change and oppression fuel immigration. For presidential character, Donald Trump fails on every moral trait. Kamala Harris is the better choice for president.
