Clark County drivers headed north on Interstate 5 should be prepared for delays in the Ridgefield area through April 24.
State Department of Transportation crews are removing and replacing traffic barriers on the northbound I-5 offramp at Exit 14/Pioneer Street.
Once the new barrier is in place, crews will move a light pole and shift the concrete to extend the right-turn lane. In a press release Tuesday, the state agency said the work will support future commercial development in the area.
Part of the northbound I-5 Exit 14 offramp to Pioneer Street will be closed at all times through April 24. A concrete barrier blocking the start of the right-turn lane will allow crews to work on the project from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m., Tuesdays through Friday.
