Shake Shack is open for business in east Vancouver

New York-based fast-food restaurant Shake Shack opened its Vancouver doors this morning in Fisher’s Landing.

A spokeswoman for the company, said the Fisher’s Landing Shake Shack will be open from 10:30 a.m. to 11 p.m. Sundays through Thursdays, and 10:30 a.m. to midnight Fridays and Saturdays.

Shake Shack signed a lease in summer 2024 to open a restaurant at 2100 S.E. 164th Ave., Suite G-302, in the parking lot of New Seasons.

The restaurant opened in a new building at the location once home to Shari’s, which closed in 2023 and was demolished. A Starbucks recently opened next door.

The popular chain got its start as a Manhattan hot dog cart, according to Shake Shack’s website. Hot dogs are still included on the menu, which also includes burgers, chicken, crinkle-cut fries and shakes.

The Fisher’s Landing location will be the fourth in the Portland-Vancouver area and the sixth in Washington.
