It is very disturbing to me that Rep. Marie Gluesenkamp Perez, D-Skamania, calls herself an independent representative of the 3rd District. Why is she calling herself an independent when I, like thousands of others, donated to elect a Democrat?
She is a Republican-lite at best. Is she corrupted like so many other politicians to vote against the very people who fought to get her elected? I would hope that she runs again as a Republican and not lie to voters. Or perhaps just step down to make way for a representative that truly works for the people of the district and votes for the rights of people of this country, not big money or special interest.
