The Columbian’s second annual All-Region Awards Ceremony is set for Tuesday, June 3 at the Hilton in downtown Vancouver. The keynote speaker will be the Honorable Camara Banfield, a trailblazing judge on the Clark County Superior Court, four-time NCAA All-American and state champion sprinter for Mountain View.
