Letter: Approve Ridgefield propositions

By Rheta Rubenstein, Ridgefield
Published: February 4, 2025, 6:00am

Ridgefield schools have a strong board of directors, a creative-thinking new superintendent, Dr. Jennifer Rodriguez, and wonderful educators who encourage and support youth in their learning paths.

Help move our district from good to great. Vote “yes” on Propositions 12 and 13. These will renew funding for athletics, special education, technology and more. They will provide funds to build a needed third elementary school to the modest standards suggested by community members. Much funding will come from the state and developer fees. The Proposition 13 levy will last just three years.

Vote “yes” by Feb. 11. Thank you
