Washington State University Vancouver is hosting four free workshops for prospective students and families to learn about paying for college.
The workshops are open to the public no matter what college the students plan on attending. People will learn about grants, loans, savings, scholarships, and important deadlines and forms, according to the school’s news release.
Presenters will answer questions and provide strategies on how to manage financial aid, scholarships and more, according to the news release.
The workshops are offered both in person and vitually:
- 5:30 to 6:30 p.m. Feb. 20 on Zoom
- 5:30 to 6:30 p.m. March 19 in Dengerink Administration Building, room 129
- 5:30 to 6:30 p.m. April 22 on Zoom
- 5:30 to 6:30 p.m. May 21 in Dengerink Administration Building, room 129
