Construction slows at The Waterfront Vancouver but developers are expressing more interest, says Barry Cain

But developer says companies emerging from ‘perfect storm’ to show interest in Columbia River site

Construction has slowed at The Waterfront Vancouver since completion of buildings at all but a handful of sites there.

Once a paper mill and now a luxury mixed-use development, The Waterfront Vancouver has become home to dozens of restaurants, two hotels, office space and about 1,500 residential units. But it’s not quite finished.
