The traffic on Interstate 5 is horrible in the morning and again in the afternoon. It’s so obvious that the traffic is going to Oregon in the morning and Washington in the afternoon/evening. About 60,000 people from Southwest Washington work in Oregon and pay Oregon income taxes. But soon, all these people will also be paying tolls.
