Tomorrow’s forecast: sun

Journey Theater presents “Annie” at Fort Vancouver High School, 5700 E. 18th St., Vancouver. The musical follows little orphan Annie, who is searching for the parents who left her at a New York City orphanage run by the cruel Miss Hannigan. Annie finds a new family with billionaire Oliver Warbucks, his secretary and a mutt named Sandy. Showtimes are 7 p.m. Friday and March 7 and 1 and 6 p.m. Saturday and March 8. Nonrefundable tickets are $19 for adults or $17 for children and seniors. All tickets are $2 more at the door. Get tickets at journeytheater.org.

Deep pockets

The Historic Trust presents “And It Has Pockets! The Battle for Women’s Clothing Equality” at 6 p.m. March 6 at the General O.O. Howard House, 750 Anderson St., Vancouver. Costume designer Diane Johnston will dig into pockets of the past, tracing the history of the humble pocket to determine if the battle for equality may still be decided by a few inches of extremely influential fabric. Admission is free. Register at thehistorictrust.org.

Song and dance

Enspire Arts will host Celebrate the Arts: A Community Concert at 7 p.m. Saturday at Columbia Presbyterian Church, 805 Columbia Ridge Drive, Vancouver.
