Girls basketball (Jan. 6): Addi Stading, Kennedy Bockert help Woodland improve to 4-0 in league

Addi Stading scored 18 points and Kennedy Bockert had 16 points and 14 rebounds as Woodland beat Washougal 66-38 in a 2A Greater St. Helens League girls basketball game Monday in Washougal.

Stading added four assists and four rebounds, and Bockert had five steals for the Beavers, who improved to 4-0 in league play.

Lainey Haden had 15 points, four assists and three steals, and Emma Barrow added nine points for the Beavers.

KING’S WAY CHRISTIAN 45, STEVENSON 34 — Addison Bagley had 15 points and 17 rebounds as King’s Way Christian took control with a 15-7 edge in the third quarter.

Kallan Sharp added eight points and seven rebounds, and Ella Lopez had eight points and five rebounds for the Knights, who opened a 32-24 lead after three quarters. Bridget Quinn added 13 rebounds.

Dani Wallace had 16 to lead Stevenson, and Aria Obias hit four 3-pointers for 12 points.

COLUMBIA-WHITE SALMON 55, LA CENTER 47 — Halle Kock scored 15 points and Joella Posini had 13 points as Columbia-White Salmon improved to 3-0 in Trico League play.

Riley Schultz led La Center with 18 points, and Billie Ross added 13 points.

KALAMA 63, FORT VANCOUVER 13 — Hannah Johnson had 18 points, 10 rebounds and four steals to lead the Chinooks.

Aubrey Doerty added 17 points, eight assists, three steals and four blocked shots.

CAMAS 85, EVERGREEN 40 — Keirra Thompson knocked down seven 3-pointers and scored 40 points to help Camas pull away in the second half.

The Papermakers led 40-27 at halftime, but outscored Evergreen 55-13 in the second half.

Thompson added six rebounds and five assists.

Lauren Hood added 16 points, six rebounds and six assists. Sophie Buzzard had 13 points, and Baylie Farra added 12 points.

Adrian Wright had 14 points and Courtney Neal had 13 for Evergreen.

SKYVIEW 59, HERITAGE 26 — Cameron Watson had 12 points and five assists, and Charlotte Baker had 10 points and eight rebounds to lead the Storm.

Emry Miller added eight points and 10 rebounds for Skyview.

MARK MORRIS 68, ROCHESTER 19 — Reese Johnston hit 7 of 10 shots from the floor to lead the Monarchs with 22 points.

The Monarchs had 11 different players score and hit 10 3-pointers.
