The Battle Ground City Council is seeking applicants for the recently vacated council Position 4 seat.
Adrian Cortes resigned Jan. 8, vacating his position after winning the Legislative District 18 state Senate race.
Applicants must be registered to vote in Clark County and a resident of Battle Ground for at least one year before their appointment to the council. The position expires Dec. 31, ending its four-year term. Applications are due by 10 a.m. Jan. 21.
