Ridgefield voters, on Feb. 11, vote YES on Propositions 12 and 13 to support our schools. Proposition 12 renews the current EP&O levy expiring in 2025 with a modest 25-cent increase, funding vital programs like special education, classroom support, athletics and early learning, bridging the gap between state funding and real costs. Proposition 13 reflects what the community asked for — scaled-back designs, smart funding, and a shorter tax commitment. The district listened, proposing a no-frills elementary school, leveraging $21 million in impact fees and $16.5 million in state funds, with a three-year tax term. Please vote YES on Propositions 12 and 13.
