Two residences and a vehicle were struck by bullets early Sunday morning in central Vancouver, but no one was injured, Vancouver police said.

Police responded about 3 a.m. to the 3100 block of Littler Way after a caller reported hearing gunshots outside but did not see anything. An officer arrived on the scene but did not find any obvious damage to property or any victims, according to a Tuesday news release from the Vancouver Police Department.

Later that morning, about 10:40 a.m., a resident in the area called to report finding multiple bullet holes in their living room wall. As officers were investigating, they found an additional residence and vehicle that had been struck by bullets. Police said they recovered 28 bullet casings.

Detectives are continuing to investigate.
