Letter: Don’t be like Portland

Vancouver can take a lesson in business. Just look at Portland.

The Ritz-Carlton might be foreclosed, but the city keeps saying it is coming back. Yeah, when?

Now they want to charge a fee for tires. What’s next?

Vancouver, please use common sense, which Portland hasn’t got.
