Vancouver’s state of the city set for March 24

Mayor McEnerny-Ogle to present annual address

The city of Vancouver will host the 2025 State of the City and Council Community Forum at 6 p.m. March 24 at Firstenburg Community Center, 700 N.E 136th Ave.

Mayor Anne McEnerny-Ogle’s address will highlight progress made on key issues, including community safety, homelessness, affordable housing and economic opportunity, according to a news release.

Guests are invited to stay after the speech to meet with city councilors during the first Council Community Forum of the year.

RSVPs are encouraged, according to the news release, and can be made on the city’s website. The State of the City address will be streamed live and available on Clark/Vancouver Television, Channel 23 and HD 323, and the city’s Facebook page.
