Most Clark County government employees are getting a 3 percent pay raise

Increase grew from 2 percent after union filed grievance over a ‘me too’ clause and the county manager's raise

About 1,100 employees of the Clark County government — about 70 percent of its total workforce — are getting a 3 percent raise. The Clark County Council approved the new pay rates without discussion as part of the consent agenda at meetings on Feb. 18 and March 18.

The pay increases, some of which will go into effect retroactively, will cost the county an estimated $5.1
