Riparia Environmental of Vancouver, a leading provider of environmental compliance, restoration and mitigation services in the Pacific Northwest, recently announced the appointment of Tommy Miller as operations manager. In this role, Miller will oversee day-to-day operations, guide strategic growth and enhance service capabilities to support clients and projects across the region.
Miller is a seasoned environmental and construction professional with extensive experience in habitat restoration, wetland mitigation and environmental compliance. Throughout his career, he has successfully led field teams in riparian, upland and wetland planting maintenance; implemented stream-bank stabilization initiatives; and managed environmental permitting and reporting processes.
Miller, a 2023 Marshall Public Leadership Award finalist, also serves as board chair of Pomeroy Living History Farm and vice chair of the Southwest Washington Winery Association.
Vancouver-based Council for the Homeless named Terrell Berry chief impact officer. Berry has been a dedicated advocate for housing justice and homelessness prevention throughout his career. This new role affords the agency a new lead in its efforts to end family homelessness in Clark County.
