While the complex sees plenty of action, there is no electricity, running water or lights, but the city received more than $1 million in the state budget to make upgrades at the field. Now, Washougal and East County Little League officials are figuring out how to raise the rest of the funds to build a third field, add lights and get amenities to the complex.
