Fundraisers

BENEFIT BREAKFAST: Raise money for the Eagles Christmas program, 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. Sunday at the Eagles Lodge, 107 E. Seventh St. Eggs, pancakes, sausage, hashbrowns, biscuits and gravy, coffee or juice, $5. Public welcome. * 360-693-8119 after noon.

TURKEY TROT, along the Salmon Creek Trail with a 5k walk or 10k run at 9 a.m. Thursday, starting and ending at Klineline Pond. Event is free, but donations are encouraged to benefit the Principal’s Checkbook, a local program that serves children in need. There will also be a polar bear swim at 10 a.m. and a pinata for children. * Register, volunteer or donate, turkey-trot.org.
