CHILOQUIN, Ore. (AP) — Klamath County authorities arrested a Chiloquin woman accused of stabbing a man in the forearm with a 12-inch knife.
Tracy Lynn Lugo was arrested Sunday on a charge of second-degree assault. She was released from jail on judge’s orders while deputies continue to investigate.
A Klamath County Sheriff’s office report says the 40-year-old Lugo became angry when she returned home to find 30-year-old Joseph Bettles. The sheriff’s office did not disclose the reason for the anger.
