Harney Heights Neighborhood Association, 7 p.m., Martin Luther King Elementary School media center, 4801 Idaho St.: Steve Rusk will give a presentation on the Salvation Army’s proposed use of the old Fred Meyer building at the corner of Fourth Plain Boulevard and Grand Avenue.

Fruit Valley Neighborhood Association, 7 p.m., Fruit Valley Community Center, 3202 Unander Ave.: Columbia River Crossing staff will present information on the bridge project, and a representative from C-Tran will be available to hear concerns about route changes.

Shumway Neighborhood Association, 7 p.m., Vancouver School of Arts and Academics, 3101 Main St.: Linda Franklin, Clark County Assessor, will talk about home assessments; presentation on the Neighbors On Watch program.

Friday

Parkside Neighborhood Association, 7 p.m., Burton Elementary School media room, 14015 N.E. 28th St.: Discussion and planning for the upcoming year.

Bennington Neighborhood Association, 10 a.m., The Quarry, 415 S.E. 177th Ave.: General meeting topics include Columbia Valley Elementary School and Union High School, presentation on the new recycling program, voting for next year’s board members, updates on the new fire station.

Lincoln Neighborhood Association, 7 p.m., Lincoln Elementary School, 4200 Daniels St.: John Manix from the city will talk about the 39th Street safety project; discussion on Fourth Plain Boulevard/state Highway 500 interchange options; presentations by the Friends of Trees; and Neighbors On Watch programs.

Neighborhood Associations Council of Clark County, 7 p.m., Clark County Public Works maintenance center, 4700 N.E. 78th St.: Neighborhood roundtable.
