CLATSKANIE, Ore. (AP) — Oregon State Police say a car driven by an 83-year-old man struck and killed a 59-year-old man walking along Highway 30 east of Clatskanie.
Police are still looking for witnesses to the accident Wednesday that took the life of Steven Michael Cook of Clatskanie.
