PARAMUS, N.J. (AP) — Tiger Woods has entered The Barclays next week, the first FedEx Cup playoff event that could also be his last if he doesn’t play well.

Woods is No. 108 in the FedEx Cup standings, and he could go further down depending on what happens this week. Only the top 125 are eligible for The Barclays, which will be played at Ridgewood Country Club.

Woods, still the No. 1 player in the world, has won the FedEx Cup and its $10 million prize two of the last three years. He was recovering from knee surgery the other year and did not play.

After The Barclays, only the top 100 in the standings advance to the Deutsche Bank Championship the following week outside Boston.
