DAYTONA BEACH, Fla. (AP) — C.J. Reed scored 26 points and Garrius Holloman added 22 to carry Bethune-Cookman past Florida Christian, 74-49 on Wednesday night.
The victory, which snapped a four-game Bethune-Cookman losing streak, improved the Wildcats to 3-4. FCC, a member of NCCAA Division II, fell to 5-3.
The Suns were led by Samuel Stephens, who hit seven of his 10 shots from the field in netting 16 points.
Holloman canned 13 of his points in the first half as the Wildcats jumped out to an early 10-2 lead and were never in any trouble.
