OPEC ministers signal no change in output

QUITO, Ecuador (AP) — The outgoing president of OPEC has announced that the annual meeting of oil ministers has ended with a decision to make no changes in crude oil output.

Ecuador’s oil minister Wilson Pastor says the 12-nation cartel acted at a meeting Saturday of less than two hours.
