GRANDVIEW, Wash. (AP) — The Washington State Patrol says a speeding driver apparently was under the influence when his pickup truck ran off Wilson Highway into a vineyard near Grandview.
The patrol says the truck rolled multiple times Tuesday night, ejecting 22-year-old Ricardo Cesar Uribe of Grandview. He was taken to Sunnyside Community Hospital where he died.
