BLAINE, Wash. (AP) — A spokesman for the Upper Skagit Indian Tribe says it and Trillium Corp. have a tentative deal to sell the Semiahmoo (SEM-ee-AH-moo) Resort hotel and golf course near Blaine.

Tribal attorney Harry Chesnin tells The Bellingham Herald that the pending sale is with a group called Armada Investments. Chesnin declined to disclose information about who is part of the group or the purchase price.

The luxury resort at the end of Semiahmoo Spit is among the largest in Washington state with nearly 200 guest rooms and suites.
