EVERETT, Wash. (AP) — The Snohomish County Equal Employment Opportunity investigator has resigned.

The Daily Herald of Everett reports Mark Knudsen’s work has been scrutinized because of allegations of sexual harassment in the planning department.

The planning director, Craig Ladiser, was fired last summer after he drunkenly exposed himself to a woman during a golf tournament. The King County prosecutor’s office is deciding whether Ladiser should face criminal charges.

Snohomish County has also hired an outside lawyer to review policies and procedures for worker complaints.
