SALEM, Ore. (AP) — Gov. Ted Kulongoski has appointed Rebecca Duncan to a seat on the Oregon Court of Appeals.
She has worked as a public defender the past 10 years.
Duncan succeeds Walt Edmonds, who retired last month.
Duncan will have to run in November for a full six-year term.
