EVERETT, Wash. (AP) — Police say the three people wounded at an Everett bar were victims of a random shooting and not targets.

Police say it happened about 1:30 a.m. Tuesday after employees of McCabe’s American nightclub kicked out a man who went behind the bar and attempted to steal a bottle of alcohol. Once outside, he opened the door and fired back inside.

All three victims — two women and a men in their 20s — are expected to recover.

Police have security video of the suspect who appeared to be in his 20s. Witnesses say he drove away in a silver Jaguar.
