NEW YORK (AP) — Stock futures are trading in a narrow range as investors put a recent rally on pause and European markets react coolly to tests measuring the health of the continent’s banking system.

European markets are showing little movement Monday as investors get their first chance to react to a series of tests that indicate few banks would struggle if the economy worsens.

U.S. investors had a chance to react to the test results Friday afternoon and sent stocks higher on the results.

A report on home sales later Monday could affect trading.

Dow Jones industrial average futures are down 7, or 0.1 percent, at 10,379. Standard & Poor’s 500 index futures are down 1.00, or 0.1 percent, at 1,099.60, while Nasdaq 100 index futures are up 0.50, or less than 0.1 percent, at 1,874.75.
