DUNDEE, Ore. (AP) — A collision involving two commercial trucks near Dundee, Ore., has spilled wine bottles onto Highway 99W. Oregon State Police initially reported the bottles contained wine but photographer Marcus Larson of the News-Register in McMinnville was at the scene and says they were empty.

Highway 99W in the area was temporarily closed Tuesday afternoon while Oregon Department of Transportation crews worked to clean up the mess.

State Police Lt. Gregg Hastings says a commercial truck hauling the wine bottles was on Highway 18 trying to turn onto Highway 99W when it collided with another truck. The bottle truck overturned and its rear trailer broke open.

Hastings says the truck drivers suffered non-life-threatening injuries.
